    Their is the possessive form of they. When something belongs to them it is theirs.
    ex.
    Their dog won’t stop barking.

    There is location, like, “over there.”

    ex.
    Put the book over there on the bookshelf.

    eg: look at their dog. ( the dog belongs to someone)

    there is a more general word eg: look at the dog over there
    Or. There are too many dogs
