Free speech.. should still cover free speech BUT if someone goes out and does harm to someone because of what you’ve said you should be held accountable. ALSO should not protect what you do.. speech and actions are not the same thing so should not be protected under this.

Why not marijuana, its just a plant. How people use it is a whole other thing. Basically, any law that allows government to act like your dad like surveillance you (the Patriot Act), prevent you from doing things that ‘maybe’ hurt you (like marijuana), or being unfair like allowing the rich to get richer off the backs of the poor (like tax cuts for the rich).
If you think about it, marijuana shouldn’t be illegal. You can climb a mountain, which is far more dangerous than using marijuana, but climbing a mountain is not illegal. Just because something is a law doesn’t mean it’s bad if you go against it. There’s a difference between morals and laws.
