How does an aesthetic view sacrifice, temptation, and sin?

I am confused as to how an aesthetic views sacrifice, temptation, and sin. Please provide some kind of source and a thorough answer. And do not answer with just “badly” or something unhelpful like that.

    – I’d say the sacrifice rate for atheists is the same as theists, as is temptation. Sins are viewed differently, in that we also consider certain acts as bad, but on the human level and for the sake of personal morality, not from threat or promise from a deity.
