what nice and tasty but healthy food is there to eat?

I am 13 and I would like to try new food that doesnt need much effort.
I dont like fish but I would like to make a salad.Anybody have any ideas of what food to eat or what to put in a salad? I dont like tomatoes or eggs. I can be a fussy eater sometimes!

    Why not make an assorted salad containing veggies and lentils? Fine, you don’t need tomatoes or eggs or fish. Cut up cucumbers, radish ( red or white, whatever is available), lettuce, beetroot ( thin strips), purple cabbage ( thin strips), carrots, green/yellow/red peppers, bean sprouts…toss them altogether with a dash of salt, lime juice and olive oil. If feta cheese is available, do drop in some cubes and a few olives as well. Yummy !

    You could make ceasar salad…
    with croutons and parmesan cheese, dressing, etc. It’s good stuff.

    Cut up lettuce and top it with whatever vegetables, meats and cheeses you do like. Add croutons and your favorite dressing. This will be a salad you like because you’re using ingredients you like. If you want to try something on your salad you’re unsure you like then just put a little bit on one part of the salad and try it, if you don’t like it you can pick it off or eat around it.
