Is it possible to be a general practicitioner and pharmacist?
Is it practical or even possible to run a general medical clinic in a small town as well as a chemist or pharmacy?
If it is necessary to choose, will both GP and pharmacists be relevant careers in the future? Which should I consider pursuing?

Some pharmacists go on to enter medical training and become physicians. In reality, it’s simply not practical to practice both as the lifestyle of any physician is simply too demanding.

As Dr. Gaspari said, plus there may be issues of conflict of interest (look up “Stark Law”) if your patients buy their medications from your pharmacy.
