How long will it take for my feeder guppies to have babys?

I just got some feeder guppies in my five gallon tank with a filter and one female is so pregnant! I was wondering How long does it usually take for guppies to have babies? Also what do i need in my tank for the to survive? I have rocks that cover about 1/2 of the floor in my tank. and i have a small fake plant very small though. do i need any more hiding places? What kind of things do i need for them to hide in?

im not that sure about guppies or anything but i know that they breed very rapidly.

for a hiding place i would sugest a small ornament
they can get expensive but a small one shouldnt be to exspensive and just look at or sharp bits on the ornament.

It depends how long you have had them, they usually take a month for them to give birth and if you want to breed them you should get a breeder tank and get prepared to raise these lil fellas. they also should be seperated from the parents becuase they will eat there young, also keep them away from other bigger fish

    :)Hope it helps:)

The gestation period for guppies is about 28 days. You defiantly need more hiding spaces. I would recommend bushy plants either real or fake
