   AVG, one of the best security programs anywhere and at any price. The good news is that they have a free–not trial, but free–version which works absolutely amazingly well. Give it a spin. Just Google ‘AVG’.

   You need to scan deep into your computer system. The viruses/spyware will not removed or detected if you scan your computer using only “antivirus”. You will need to run antispyware too. Get a good combination for your antivirus then start scanning.

   You can use BitDefender. It has “Deep System Scan” function and has a high detection against viruses/spyware. You can use Superantipyware, Spybot or Spyware Terminator as your antispyware. You can try them and choose whats the best for you. Besides, Malwarebytes also can give you high protection.

   NOTE: Update your antivirus, antispyware/mlware before scanning. Scan in safe mode ( recommended)

   You should use Avast or ESET nod 32 for removing viruses from your computer and a software named USB Disk Security for getting rid of entering the viruses through USB hub.

   There are many of them. Scan with not only anti-virus, but anti-spyware as well, just browse for spyware doctor, malwarebytes, superantispyware and others.

   There’s no simple answer. Some AV remove viruses to which other AV applications are blind. The best way to remove the virus is to try every commercial AV trial you can get: Kaspersky, Avira, Avast and so on. As far as I know Norton doesn’t offer free trials at the moment.
