Alcohol is a depressant, and it affects neural transmission in the brain. It acts by enhancing the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA, and thus slowing impulses, making a person more sluggish. It also weakens the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamine, which makes a person even slower. The brain tries to compensate for this inbalance, and in turn makes things even worse. This is why alcohol makes you tired, and the decrease in messages being relayed in the brain and sometimes even being blocked is the resulting loss of perception, vision, discretion, etc etc you know how it works. This is why it makes you feel depressed it toys with your feelings. Weed on the other hand is not a depressant, but it is known to cause anxiety, sluggish mentality as does alcohol, and an impaired memory. The transmissions from the cannabis bond to your brains neurons and keep them from relaying whatever message was intended, for example a memory. This explains the loss of this memory. It also affects the production, release and reuptake of neurotransmitters, which is really bad news for your brain, but explains the feelings you experience. Hope this helps to explain it

Excellent blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally confused .. Any suggestions? Bless you!
