My girl friends birthday is next month and I got her some lingerie?
she is turning 22. And I am 24.
I told her that this year will be special and romantic . I rented a cabin up in the mountains . We will go there friday and we will build a nice warm big fire with oak wood .
I got her some real nice lingerie made out of candy . I hope its not to much for our 2n date

Lingerie is not a gift for her, it’s a gift for you. Only give a girl lingerie on Valentine’s day or MAYBE an anniversary. God, giving her lingerie on her birthday, you might as well just buy yourself a video game and give it to her as “her” gift.

if shes into stuff like that its great.. i think the cabin in the mountians is beautiful but i think it will be ruined with candy lingerie.. regular lingiere would be fine… i dont know .
OMG ITS YOUR SECOND DATE!! what the hell man … you buy your girl lingerie after a year not second date.. my god!! shes going to get the wrong message.!! just take her up there… dont mention anything about the lingerie .. thats not romantic and if the second date she sure as hell isnt going to fins it special … just get her flowers.. the cabin is good… forget the lingerie!!!

Seriously? Your second date? A cabin and “nice” candy lingerie? Any kind of lingerie is too personal for a second date!
If you didn’t care, you wouldn’t be asking, so I’ll explain the message you’re sending like this:
“I’m desperate and possessive so I trapped you in the mountains. Here, I like candy so I’m selfishly pretending this is a gift for you. Now don’t make me feel bad and go try it on”.

That is too much for a second date. If you’re going to be going to a cabin up in the mountains, that sounds beautiful. Don’t ruin it with a sexual gift. Keep the beauty and get her a nice necklace, or something to that extent. It shows you care. Romantic- not sexy. Or try flowers, say they’re just as beautiful as her, go all out on them, a big pretty bunch of flowers.
Once again, the lingerie may ruin it, you may make her think she’s easy, and get offended.
I’d suggest re thinking that gift, and save it for another occasion later on in the relationship. When you know she’ll be okay with it.

You shouldn’t be doing that for only your second date..it’s gonna scare her off. Things like this should be reserved for Valentine’s Day or anniversaries after your dating for at least 10 months. This isn’t going to make her happy, it’s going to make you happy.

its definitely too much for a second date. becuz u’ll always have to make every other occasion better than the prior. maybe some flowers, home cook dinner, romantic music and sum quite time..
