If gangs used to be about race and then now crime, why are they about crime now?
If black gangs spawned off black panther movement then where did mexican and white gangs come from or was that simply to counter the black gangs.
I am curius how this evovles from a phycological standpoint of supporting there community to defending themselves to violence and then it spread worldwide.
How do crimes help anyone but themselves and jail helps nobody change so far.

It’s all bull now they “run/own” the certain area which is bull because its not theirs to begin with, back in the days that was some real sh*t if some beef happened they would duke it out like men now its just knifes and shootings so stupid.

Alot of gangs developed to ” protect the neighborhood” but what happened was that the gangs started to get powerful. They needed to get stronger and stronger to deal with each other and they also got presented with the oppurtunity to get money and power. Gangs are just people and they are a good look at what people are really like in a world like ours. Alot of the kids in the gangs feel that they don’t have a fair chance. They are in low class areas and don’t see why they should not take the moneyu that they can get.
