How to soothe foot pain for bunions and bunionett and Hallux Rigidus?

A painful bony bump in the middle of the foot (Hallux Rigidus) and has bunions and bunionetts on both feet, and feet are always hurting. She has custom made orthotics but complain that those make feet hurt worst. Is there anything that would sooth the pain, and make walking less painful

I found that the muscle under my foot was tight and caused me a lot of pain that went away after releasing that muscle. Here’s how to free it up to get rid of pains:
    Foot Muscle:
With your foot in your lap place your fingers side by side at the back of the arch right in front of the heel and press in hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your toes there for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

There are many accomodations that can be made to make a bunion or bunionette feel more comfortable. For example, wider shoes, gel bunion pads, specific designed bunion sleeves and more.
