Can i download a gamecube game to a normal computer cd and use it on the Wii?

I want to download a Gamecube game from the computer but use it on the Wii, but use a normal CD,do I have to have anything special for it to work?
Whats a soft mod?
Oh and by the way i have neo gamma (some of you might not now this.) on my Wii so it might work.

    You have to softmod or put in a mod chip in your wii.

    a soft mod i presume is like gettign your playstation1 or 2 chipped so you can play copies as the copyied games are not the same file type as the actuall game doo thatt like who is it said and ytes u should be able to play them
