can a flat iron break off your hair really bad like super short and stuff?
i use heat protection and i’m getting the CHI i wash my hair once a week or co wash it and straighten it once a week…how bad can a flat iron break off hair?

It can be damaging, but Ive never experienced hair breakage, and I have been using my chi every other day for the past 2 years

Your hair might break with the consistence of using flat iron. However it only breaks like an inch or so and only random pieces of hair so it won’t be as obvious anyways. besides you are using heat protection so less to worry about. i flat iron my hair basically everyday and is still healthy and normal length.
