Any good exercises and cardiovascular activity during the winter?

I want to start losing my belly – I hate it with a passion. I was planning on working out 3-4 times a week and doing ab workouts mostly everyday. Does anyone know any cardio or exercise to do inside while its cold outside? (an equivalent of jogging perhaps?)
I’m not fat at all, just like a little flub in the belly area because of my laziness. I’m 5’8 and weigh around 160 lbs.

Physical activity like they’ve mentioned before. (Mall walking is actually really decent exercise!) Sit ups are good. I alternate exercises. Like running one day, weight lifting the next, sit ups and walking another… It’s important to mix it up to keep your body guessing. I haven’t been running as much due to the weather – thus I’ll walk around a store and try to mix in more walking throughout my day. (Park further away, don’t take elevators, bundle up and walk to the local store if I’m feeling gutsy enough, etc. etc.)
For belly fat, I’ve actually found that focusing on eating more protein and fiber and eating about 100 less grams of carbs a day, does wonders~! It helps to write it down too! (Then you really focus and realize what you are actually eating and how often, how much.)
I wish you well! It’s a great thing to take care of yourself! =)

If you have enough money, you can buy some indoor exercise equipments like home treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike.If you are on a tight budget or don’t have enough space on you home, there are also some alternative exercises that might help you. Some of these are stair climbing (going up and down on a staircase).

    Hope this helps.. 🙂
    Happy winter!
