Depends on what you mean by expanding. If you mean creating empires, then they all did. The turks conquered half of Europe on their own, so did the other ones create empires too. But if you mean by “expanding”, as in genociding entire native populations and settling in their places then populating like rabbits to inhabit half the world, then only Europeans expanded. The reason for this is probably their genocidal and murderous racial policies which only they possess, unlike other races of the world.
