What is your opinion about the porn industry and pornstars?
is it good to have porn or is it bad for society?
A lot of young people get perverted after watching porn, and that ruins their intellect. At least in some cases, if not all.
And since pornstars often have unprotected sex, they also kind of send the message to people that unsafe sex is no big deal.
So if possible, let me know what would be the advantages or disadvantages of porn?

Pornstars seem unreal to me. I mean I just cannot believe that a human being would actually degrade themselves in that kind of way just to make money.

Lots of people like porn..and it doesn’t ruin their intellect or make them become perverted..
I agree on the unprotected sex bit..but its make believe not reality..
The advantages of porn is that ;people who like it enjoy looking /reading it and get pleasure from it…
Disadvantages…not sure I can see any..

Advantage would be all the pedophiles and rapists have an outlet to go to….so less of these freaks on the streets sexually assulting and killing people. If you were to ban porn I think it would only make all this much, much worse then it already is.
Disadvantage: Its really degrading to our culture, especially modern porn, and especially to women…little boys will see women as just objects, become perverted like you said , and have a really distorted idea of what a woman should look like. To alot of these little boys, massive melon titties and anorexic thinness is normal to them and expected. Same with young girls these days..I mean our sex and porn saturated culture is already having an effect, so many young girls trying to look like mini prosititues and believe going around like a slut is what you need to do to be a popular and be a woman….its sad.

The biggest problem with porn is that 99% of it is kitsch. It dumbs down how people approach eros and sexuality when they use cheesy porn as a standard of what eroticism should be.
