What is a sabayon sauce? Also what is framboise? And what is genoise?

I’m curious what a framboise sabayon sauce is. What is its the consistency? What is it supposed to taste like? What is it used with? Also what is the definition of that kind of sauce. And what is a genoise cake? What makes it different from a regular yellow cake? What is pity usually served with?

Sabayon is a light custard made by using eggs and sugar, whipping it on a double boiler or any other heat source. Framboise is a Belgian Beer made from fermented raspberries.
Framboise Sabayon is Sabayon flavored with Framboise.
It should be of a ribbon consistency.
It should taste like raspberries, after all it is flavored by Framboise.
Definition – A dessert made with egg yolks, sugar and flavoring of choice.
Genoise cake is an Italian sponge cake. It is a whole-egg cake, egg yolks, are beaten with sugar over a double boiler to get a ribbon consistency, melted butter is added before baking.
The difference between regular cake and Genoise is that, the regular one are made by creaming butter and sugar together.
