How old are you? If you are fairly ‘young’, you may not be ready for sex yet. That is not abnormal.
How long have you been dating your girlfriend? You may care a lot about her, but are not quite fully comfortable to have sex yet. No big deal. Wait it out until you are.
Is she pushing you to get more physical? If you are a virgin, you could just be nervous about your first time. Don’t be, when the time is right, it will all go as it should. Talk to her about it if you can, if she cares about you as much as you care about her, then she will understand.
