How many jumping jacks and crutches would it take to lose 20lbs if?
I weigh 160lbs and I stand at 5’9. I’m only eating 1,200 calories a day. That’s three meals at 300 calories each and little snacks in between. I’ve gotten to about 6 glasses of water per day. The reason for working out in my house is because I can’t get a gym membership and i’m not comfortable enough to run around in my neighborhood (it’s ghetto)

You should probably do more than crunches and jumping jacks. My other suggestions on top of that would be jump roping and pushups at the MINIMUM.

Well there’s no way to answer this since your metabolism cant be determined or how much you sweat or what kind of calories your taking in fruit vs junk food. Just exercise for 30 minute each day enough that your sweating and be patient about losing weight you didn’t gain it in one night and your not going to lose it in one night either.

Well if you want to lose weight I suggest drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day.What this does is it flushes out all the excess carbs, sodium, fat and the unwanted water in your body.Sure it meens you’ll be going to the washroom more often, but that’s a good thing.Also, try drinking 3-4 glasses of water a day. If you can’t get a membership at a gym than try working out at home. You can do jumping jacks, crutches, sit-ups and even walk around your house for at leat 5 mins. or more if you desire. If you’re eating a high carb, fat, sodium and sugar diet, I suggest you stop. Try eating 6-11 fruits and vegetables a day and when you go grocery shopping look at the nutrition label to see if they have low/high fat, carbs, sodium and sugar and choose the low
