How Do I Get Rid of Under Eye Bags?

I definitely know that they’re from lack of sleep and spending too long on the PC, so what are some ways to get rid of them?

And imma dude, so obviously no make-up.

Get more sleep and don’t spend as long at the computer. There are no miracle cures, and the ones on the market have very very little effect.

lol well im a girl but i also have the same problem and every morning i have two spoons in the freezer there of course very cold but you put them under your eyes and it kind of wakes them up and brightens them, i hope this also works for you(:

Get some tea bags and put them in warm water. Gently squeeze the extra water out of them and put the warm bags on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. This works for me every time.

I find that if you steep tea bags and then cool them and put them on your eyes that helps a lot! also cucumbers will work. But bags under your eyes can be hereditary and there might not be anyway to get rid of them but yes more sleep & less computer time will also help.

Get regular tea bags wet and lay them under your eyes for 15 minutes in the morning and it should help.

Exercise, water and sleep. Try to do exercises that use your surrounding eye muscles, like squash, badminton, tennis. I worked shift for years in front of computers, I found water, no late nights on the PC and early to bed worked.

Other than that you could try cucumber slices placed on the eyes, an ice mask, or chilled used tea bags.

If you have difficulty sleeping and need to use the TV to get to sleep why not try listening to audio books also? This gives the same relaxing results but doesnt strain the eyes.

    Hope that helps

I have a special trick for when this happens to me.

    1. Make some Herbal tea, but save the tea bag!

    2. Drink the tea, this will help you get a better nights sleep!

    3. Place the used tea bags over your eyes. This will eventually reduce your under eye bags (if you stick with this routine for a couple weeks.)

    This always works for me,
    Good Luck!
    Hope I helped!

I agree with Emma, I read in a top beauty book that you should put 2 teaspoons in ice/freezer and hold them over your eyes, this reduces puffiness and reduces the appearance of eye bags! x
