How common is it to have muscle twitching as often as I do? I almost continuously have them and have for years?
I know some minor causes and dont think I have anything serious as some of those little reasons apply to me, but all the time and in a wide variety of places? Common?

I don’t think its very common. I’m getting frequent facial tics now, but its mostly because its so hard to control the urges I have towards my wife with knowing how good CSI is nowadays.
