How can I stop my OCD from driving all my friends and my brother away?
I think I am losing all of my friends because of my OCD. I worry about things way too much and I talk to my brother and my friends about my problems and worries. They confronted me tonight about it and told me that I have been bugging them way too much with my problems. I’m worried that I’m gonna lose my best friends and my brother if I don’t do something soon. Help please!
What can I do?

I don’t think it’s OCD you need to worry about, maybe it’s anxiety. Anxiety is worry, OCD isn’t. Either way, what you should do is, ask them for advice in a way that will annoy them less. For example, maybe they think you’re being too needy and you’re complaining, so instead… try asking them what they would do or something like that. Try asking for their opinion without coming off as naggy.

My little brother went through a phase of being somewhat OCD after some family stuff went down. He started seeing a psychiatrist and he slowly stopped worrying about things that he obsessed over before. Tell your parents you need some help, maybe talking to a psychiatrist is a better idea then talking to your brother and friends. I think they are probably more worried about you then bugged by you. Good Luck
