How can I get power menu and the copy and paste thing onto my itouch from cydia?

I jailbroke my Ipod but when I tried to put the powermenu package on, it said I have to SSH it in, but is there any other way? I don’t know how to do this.
I also want the copy and paste thing on there where you can choose from a list of things you’ve already cut/copied.
Thanks!

For the power menu, you should get “SBSettings”. By default, swipe down&across the bar at the top to open SBSettings. Then you can press “respring” or if you press “power” it will give you the option to Reboot, Power Off, Lock, and Safe mode.
    As for copy+paste:
Open Cydia, go to Manage, Sources, Edit, Add:

Then download “Action Menu Plus Pack” (version 1.1) from that source, which should also install Action Menu with it. When you use it, you can press the “…” button when the options come up such as copy/paste, and then go to History, and you can choose from your copy history. Btw, there’s a bunch of settings you can change through the Settings app.

So definitely get SBSettings, because it is SO useful besides the power feature….but an additional thing you could also get is “GPower Pro”. Then, when you hold the power button, it will come up with 3 sliders instead of one. They say “slide to power off”, “slide to reboot”, and “slide to respring”. Looks pretty sweet.
