How can I best take my prenatal and folic acid vitamins to avoid heartburn and nausea?
I get heartburn and nausea every day now that I’ve been TTC – and I have deducted that the cause may very well be my newly introduced vitamins – I’ve had others confirm to me that these vitamins can cause these symptoms I’m experiencing. Is there any way to avoid this?

My doctor recommended that I buy Gummie vitamins since it takes the body longer to digest them thus releasing the vitamins slower helping you to not get sick. It worked great for me since I was sick almost 1/2 my pregnancy.

I take my prenatal at night and sleep most of the side effects away! : )

I get really really bad heart burn from vitamins. Try eating before you take them and then take them with a glass of milk. Works for me.
