Good iron and protein-rich breakfast and lunch?

I found out that my blood type is O, which means I need more protein in my diet. What is a good way to eat more protein at breakfast and lunch. I go to school so it needs to be quick in the mornings and something easy to pack.
Thanks

BTW: I am not a big fan of eggs but will eat them occasionally. Any ideas on how to spruce it up so it is not so egg-like?
I know what foods, but I need more recipes. Preferably carb free since O blood types can’t digest carbs and should strictly avoid them!

Cream of Wheat has a ton of iron. You could make that before school – even if you put it in a disposable cup and make it watery and drink it.

And for lunch – any type of meat has iron – make yourself a chicken sandwich.

    Good luck.

I couldn’t think of anything better than bean curds (tofu or doufu ) which is made from yellow bean (proteins). In the bean curd making process, gypsum is often added. This is very rich in iron.

Google “vegan tofu recipes” . there’s a lot of choices.
